Northside Family Resource Centre, since its establishment in 1987, has sought to respond to the needs of the local community by providing:
structures which facilitate local people to support each other and search for ways to improve the quality of life in the area
services in answer to the needs of families and family members
support for those most disadvantaged and socially excluded
We are excited to announce we are growing our services resulting in recruitment of new staff. Applications are invited for the posts of:
Early Years Workers (Full Time & Part Time)
We offer an exciting, innovative and supportive working environment which includes
Above average rates of pay (€12-€15 per hour for childcare workers)
Full and part-time opportunities available
A salary scale with progression opportunities
25 days paid holidays; 2 privilege days and paid sick leave
Support to gain further qualifications e.g. study leave and access to financial support
Opportunity to work in an outdoor preschool
Training and support to use Incredible Years, Marte Meo and Parents Plus
