Invitation to Tender: Collaborative Evaluation & Strategic Planning Project

Northside, Hospital, and North West Clare Family Resource Centres are excited to invite proposals from experienced consultants or consultancy teams for an impactful, multi-phase initiative rooted in community development values and the national Family Resource Centre programme.

This project includes:

  • A comprehensive 5-year evaluation of each FRC’s work (2021–2025)

  • Development of three Strategic Plans (2026–2030)

  • Creation of 1-year Action Plans & Reporting Templates for each organisation

We’re looking for a thoughtful, dynamic approach that reflects our commitment to collaboration, inclusivity, and meaningful progress for the communities we serve.

 

Project Details:

  • Indicative Budget: €25,000–€35,000 (inclusive of VAT and expenses)

  • Contract Duration: October 2025 – April 2026

  • Location: Mid-West Region, Ireland

  • Closing Date: Wednesday, 4th September 2025 at 12:00pm
